Customer-initiated Returns
The most common way to start the return process is when the customer logs into their online store account and creates a pickup request. Our API allows the ecommerce platform to automatically send the pickup request information to us, enabling us to direct a courier to the specified address for product pickup.
Merchant-initiated Returns
If your online store lacks a return request form, you can use the Pickup Request menu in our client interface and request a courier to pick up the shipment based on the information provided by your customer.
Local Return Address
An additional option for yоu is to specify one of our warehouses as a local return address in the “Return Conditions” section of your online store. This allows customers to send their returns using a courier of their choice without requiring intervention from euShipments.
